Blueprint Community Homes is a family-owned home builder based in Mobile, Alabama. We build affordable, quality new construction homes for families, first-time buyers, and anyone who's been told homeownership is out of reach.
We're part of the Property Technologies family of companies, which gives us the technology, systems, and buying power to build better homes at lower prices — and pass those savings on to our buyers.
We're not a national franchise. We're local. We live here, we build here, and we're invested in making Mobile and Baldwin County a better place to call home.
